Return & Refund Policy
Return Conditions:
1. Return Period:
You can return your products within 14 days after receipt. You must submit your return request within this period by sending an e-mail to info@enzavintage.com.
2. Return Conditions:
The products to be returned must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with tags on.
An invoice or proof of purchase is required for returns.
3. Return Process:
Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email with a return address and instructions.
When sending your return cargo to the specified address, we recommend that you choose a secure shipping method. Return shipping fee belongs to the customer, but in case of sending a defective or wrong product, this fee will be covered by us.
Refund Conditions:
1. Refund Period:
After the returned products reach us, their compliance with the return conditions is checked and your payment is refunded within 14 days.
2. Refund Method:
Your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card; Payments made by bank transfer are made back to the bank account you specified.
3. Partial Refund and Campaign Products:
In case of a refund for products purchased within the campaign, compliance with the campaign conditions is checked. In case of a partial refund, the campaign discount may expire and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable Products:
Custom made or modified products cannot be returned.
For hygienic reasons, returns of products such as underwear and earrings are not accepted.

This return and refund policy is governed by the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). We comply with all legal requirements to protect your consumer rights.
