2.1. Order Processing Time: Your orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on order volume and stock status.

2.2. Shipping Time: Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company and delivery address. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Deliveries within Türkiye: 2-5 business days
Deliveries within the European Union: 5-10 business days
International deliveries: 7-15 business days

2.3. Shipping Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a shipping tracking number and tracking information. With this information, you can easily track the whereabouts of your order.

3. Shipping Fees

3.1. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery address and weight of the order. You can see the shipping costs before completing your order. We may organize free shipping campaigns during certain periods.

3.2. Customs and Taxes: For international orders, customs duties and other taxes may apply depending on your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer and EnzaVintage is not responsible for these fees.

4. Delivery and Problems

4.1. Delivery Problems: If your products are damaged or lost during delivery, please notify the cargo company and us as soon as possible. We will initiate the necessary actions together with the cargo company to solve the problem.

4.2. Incorrect Address or Incomplete Information: Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information will be sent back to the buyer. In this case, the reshipping fee is borne by the buyer.

4.3. Delivery Delays: Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, etc.). In such cases, EnzaVintage cannot be held responsible, but our customers will be informed as soon as possible.

5. Return and Exchange

5.1. Return Procedure: Follow the steps specified in our Return and Refund Policy for the products you want to return. You must send your return cargo safely to the specified address. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer, except for sending defective or wrong products.
